Harry Jordan serves as Chief Administrative Officer of Simplify Group and President of Provider Lifecycle Solutions at Simplify Healthcare (a Simplify Group company). In this dual role, he helps drive enterprise-wide operating rigor while leading the strategy and growth of Simplify healthcare’s Provider Lifecycle portfolio—supporting health plans and healthcare organizations as they modernize provider data, credentialing, and network operations.
With a career rooted in strategy, M&A, and data, Harry brings a distinctive blend of analytical depth and operational judgment to each leadership assignment. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Cogint, Inc. (NASDAQ: RDVT), where he helped guide the business through a period of transformation and execution focus.
Prior to that, Harry spent more than a decade at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, where he held a succession of senior leadership roles and was instrumental in expanding the business from a $150M segment into a $1.5B standalone division within Reed Elsevier. During his tenure, he founded and led the LexisNexis Health Care business, leveraging LexisNexis’ strengths in large-scale data and analytics to build differentiated solutions for healthcare customers. His leadership also included executing and integrating major acquisitions—such as Seisint and ChoicePoint—along with additional strategic deals that expanded capabilities and market presence. He also co-led the turnaround of an underperforming $120M business, restoring consistent double-digit growth in a mature market.
Harry’s approach emphasizes practical transformation—building repeatable operating models, strengthening governance, and scaling platforms and processes that deliver measurable outcomes.
